Honoro Vera Rioja (Tempranillo)

Honoro Vera Rioja is a fresh, fruit-forward Spanish red made from Tempranillo grown in the limestone and clay soils of Rioja Alavesa. Ripe red berries and plum are complemented by savory spice, mineral notes, soft cocoa, and an easy, satisfying finish.

Unlike a heavily oak-aged Rioja, this youthful expression is fermented and rested in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit. Ripe tannins give it enough structure for food while keeping it approachable enough for a casual glass.

Pair it with pasta, pizza, rice dishes, roasted vegetables, sausage, pork, grilled meats, or moderately aged cheeses.
